Deliverables
The help content was single-sourced using RoboHelp to produce online help that is context-sensitive at the page level and print documentation that ships with each Video Server.
Responsibilities
I wrote the content, created the online help and print documentation, worked with developers to create context-sensitive hooks, and managed the print publication process.
