Viewing News Items

When the View page is first displayed, it shows all news items. If you want to see only items with a particular status, click the status name in the secondary bar:

Sorting New Items

You can sort view results by clicking any of the column headings. To reverse the sort order, click the column heading again. The default sort date is by Publish Date, with recent items shown first.

Topics Column

The Topics column displays the topics to which each item has been assigned. If an item has been assigned to a subtopic, the parent topics also are displayed, using the greater than sign ( > ) to connect the parent topic and subtopic. If an item has been assigned to multiple topics, each topic is numbered to separate them.

The main topic is not displayed as a parent topic for items assigned to a subtopic, because all news items are assigned to the main topic. If an item is assigned only to the main topic, then the main topic is displayed.

To view details for a news item and edit it, click the item's headline.
