I have been producing online help for client- and web-based applications since 1999. I have created help systems "by hand," using Microsoft HTML Help Workshop. I also have single-sourced help and print documentation using FrameMaker, Doc-to-Help, and RoboHelp. I am experienced creating both compiled help (HTML Help) and website-based help systems.
