License Agreement Manager enables customer support representatives at Education Networks of America to manage software license assignments.

Audience

License Agreement Manager is used internally by customer service representatives, who are experienced computer users.

Responsibilities

I wrote the test script, conducted the usability tests using paper prototypes, and summarized the test results. I also led the interface design process and created the application's online help.

Note: When we tested the interface design, the name of the application had been changed from "License Agreement Manager" to "Software Licensing System." The PDF samples use the latter name.
