License Agreement Manager is used internally by customer service representatives, who are experienced computer users.
Responsibilities
I led the design team (developers, graphic designer, and myself) through task analysis, navigation design, abstract prototyping, and concrete prototyping. I also conducted usability testing on the paper prototypes.
