FastChannel Network needed to build a control quality system to ensure that every video advertisement it distributed was broadcast-quality.
Audience
The quality control system was to be used internally by quality control engineers with high-levels of technical (though maybe not computer) backgrounds and by other support staff.
Deliverables
The deliverables included the following documents:
- Executive Summary
- Project Overview
- Business Requirements (115 pages)
Responsibilities
I interviewed end-users, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to write the requirements document and other project documents. I performed database queries and analyzed performance data.
