I have developed requirements for small changes to systems, complete redesigns for large systems, and whole designs for new systems. I have interviewed customers and internal subject matter experts, scoped projects, gathered and documented requirements, mocked up interface designs, communicated requirements across project teams, and ensured that requirements are met as the systems are built.
My business analysis work appears in the information design section of my portfolio because successful business analysis employs methods similar to those of information design:
- user and use analysis
- scenario-based development
- task-oriented design
